FAO/CDB Cassava Industry Development (Dominica): Factsheets and Manual

These factsheets and manual were produced as outputs of the project Cassava Industry Development – Market Assessment and Technology Validation and Dissemination. Funding was provided by the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). The project was executed by FAO in close collaboration with the Ministry of Blue and Green Economy, Agriculture and National Food Security, Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica and the Caribbean Agricultural Research and Development Institute (CARDI).
