The Caribbean Agricultural Research and Development Institute (CARDI) and the St. Patrick’s Coconut Growers Cooperative Society Limited, Trinidad and Tobago will be signing a General Agreement for Technical Cooperation at CARDI Headquarters, St. Augustine, Trinidad at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday 27 February 2013.
