[CWA 2012, St John’s, Antigua and Barbuda, 20 October 2012] –The Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Co-operation (CTA) and the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on 19 October 2012, during the 11th Caribbean Week of Agriculture in Antigua. Mr Michael Hailu, CTA Director signed on behalf of CTA, while Dr Victor Villalobos, IICA Director General.signed on behalf of IICA. Over the next three years, the two organisations will collaborate on initiatives and activities aimed at improving agricultural and rural development in the Caribbean.
