Description: The CARDI Trinidad and Tobago Unit will be hosting another training session for small ruminant farmers under the CFC/CDB/MFP/MOAF/CARDI regional small ruminant project on 10 April 2014 at the Centeno Livestock Station. This session, is part of a 6 module training course aimed at improving small ruminant productivity in Trinidad and Tobago. Focus is on practical demonstrations and training in animal husbandry practices such as animal identification, taking rectal temperature, using the weigh tape, using the Famacha Anaemia guide, collecting faecal samples and ensuring proper hoof care
